Experiencing, surviving, witnessing, or simply hearing about these mass casualty events take a heavy toll on both our personal and collective health & mental wellbeing. This talk will describe, explore, and normalize the various reactions people have to Mass Violence followed by research-backed skills and resources on how to better cope.
