Do you accept insurance?
My office is in-network with select insurance plans. Contact me below, and I will confirm whether my office works with your specific provider.
Can I use my Out-of-Network insurance benefits with a receipt provided?
Most likely, yes. To confirm, please contact your insurance provider by calling the customer care number on the back of your insurance card. Ask about your Out-of-Network benefits. For your convenience, my receipts will include necessary information such as your legal name, date of birth, dates of the sessions, my diagnosis, our office's EIN, and a detailed fee ledger. Please note that no additional Protected Health Information (PHI) beyond these six elements will be included on the receipt to protect your privacy. Ensure your insurance provider will accept this documentation for reimbursement purposes.
Do you do Telehealth or In-person?
I provide telehealth services to clients throughout California, allowing us to work together regardless of your location within the state.
How often would our sessions be?
I generally schedule sessions on a weekly basis, consistently at the same time each week. This frequency tends to be effective for many individuals in alleviating distress and tackling their issues. However, depending on the nature and severity of the concerns being addressed, it may be beneficial to meet more frequently. Our 20-minute consultation will allow us to outline a personalized plan for our sessions, ensuring we set the pace and frequency that best supports your journey.
How long does therapy typically last?
I work in a 12-session model focused on addressing the key items on your emotional and intellectual to-do list, helping you steady things and build momentum. After those 12 weeks, you’re welcome to renew for another 12-session round if you’d like to continue.
How is billing handled?
For billing, we utilize a secure application named IVY PAY. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction process for our services.
