And What We Can Do in the Long-Term
From the outside, your life may look solid—career, relationships, responsibilities handled—but internally, something feels unresolved or harder than it should be. You may be functioning, yet carrying a quiet sense of dissatisfaction, fatigue, or emotional distance. Long-term therapy offers space to work beneath the surface, allowing for the understanding of long-standing patterns, clarification of identity and values, and making changes that unfold over time rather than on a deadline. Below is how we can approach that work together.
Long-term Therapy
I also offer in-depth, long-term therapy—typically 25 sessions or more, often spanning around 18 months—for those who want space to explore concerns that don’t resolve quickly. This work focuses on understanding long-standing patterns, clarifying what lies beneath current distress, and making changes gradually and sustainably.
