More and more Americans are prioritizing their mental health

In 2017, 36.4 million adults received treatment for mental health which climbed to 37.1 million in 2018. By 2019 it jumped again to a whopping 40.2 million, increasing 10% in just two years. Americans are starting to realize that mental health is just as important as physical health when investing in their well-being. And now more than ever, we’re coming to understand how important it is to be okay with ourselves, to find comfort in our alone time, and peace in our homes.

Pandemic years 2020 through 2022 have allowed us to take good looks at ourselves—with isolation, countless video calls, exercise mirrors, and more—and realize the essential things in life. Still, these things came with unexpected baggage, baggage that I can help you unpack with therapy.
